Return policy
All returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
For items damaged in shipment or not as described
1. Request return by e-mailing me at Quilt[email protected] with pictures of damages and packaging.
Please do not return this item until I respond back..
2. Please return, if possible, in same packaging at your cost.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the condition of the item, I will issue a refund pending inspection
4. Items that you have change of heart. Please contact me first so that I know there will be a return. Only the price of item(s) less 10%, to cover the fees I had to pay. No shipping cost refund.
