Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

None: All purchases final

Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving an item to initiate a return/refund.
New items must be unopened.
Though we test everything, things happened and sometimes items stop working; in these cases we will send a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
If you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping and we charge a 15% restocking fee.
