Oakview Collectibles specializes in retired collectibles and ornaments including Hallmark ornaments: series, miniatures, limited and vintage plus Hallmark Collectibles featuring Peanuts Gallery, Family Tree, and Tender Touches. As well as figurines and ornaments from Precious Moments, M.I.Hummel, Memories of Yesterday, Cherished Teddies, Boyd’s and more!

Shipping policy

We ship quickly! Our formal policy is shipping within two days as shipping schedules allow. Typically if we receive cleared payment by 7pm EST your package will ship the next day. The majority of our items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Occasionally items may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, UPS or Fedex. We package with great care and all items are always shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. We guarantee that your items will arrive in the condition described!

Return policy

None: All purchases final

We guarantee that our items will arrive in the condition described. Due to the unique nature of collectibles, returns are accepted only if the item does not match the listing description. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we strive to provide very accurate detail in all our listings. If the item you received is damaged or does not match the listing description, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Once we receive any required documentation/photos and/or return of the item, we will replace the item with the same item. We cannot substitute another item. If the item is no longer available we will issue a credit for the item. Please contact us for a return authorization. Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box, returns sent in a padded envelope will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued as a store credit or to the original method of payment. Any special offers or discounts will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
