Shipping policy
I ship daily, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. My handling time for all items is 1-3 business days. Beaded and customized items ship 1-5 days. I ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Seller is not responsible for items shipped and delayed and/or lost through USPS.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysRefunds accepted for purchase price within 30 days of purchase date, less original shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.
