Returns for orders within the Continental US:

Most orders can be returned within 30-days of receiving it. Returns on all parts must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. You will need a RMA to return an item, please request one by sending us an email to [email protected], include your order number and reason of return.

Once you receive a RMA, please type it on the outside of the box and follow the instructions provided by our Returns Department

Returns without a RMA will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping charges; we strongly recommend to use any kind of tracking tools when shipping returns.

Shipping charges from our location to yours are not refundable under any circumstances.

All items must be returned the same way you received your order original packaging, parts, foam, etc.

Returns for used or installed parts are not accepted.

All sales on electronic & electrical parts are final.
