Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at INSPIRED SILVER. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the original order’s postmark date, accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). Exchanges and reships do not alter the date used when calculating the thirty (30) day return period.

Note: Some of the items we sell are considered special order items. When you recieve these items, they will be labeled. If this label is in anyway altered, removed, or broken, a 20% restock fee will apply if returned.
