Inksters offers most major manufacturer brands as well.

Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
All orders ship the same or next business day, depending on when the order was placed. Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST may ship the next business day. We have a 99% same day shipping rate on in-stock items.

**Please note that an order placed on Friday after 5 p.m. EST will ship on the following Monday.

How long will it take after my order ships?
Ground Shipping usually takes from 2 to 3 business days. All our orders are shipped from one or more of the warehouse locations listed above. You can always track your package on the carrier’s website we used to ship your order.

How much is shipping?
Shipping are as applied and shown, excluding any additional charges such as taxes and/or surcharges. Ordinary shipping charges apply for orders per item, based on size and weight of orders shipped ground in the 48 contiguous states.

ATTENTION: ALL ORDERS THAT SHIP TO APO`s / PUERTO RICO / HAWAII / ALASKA: Please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method during checkout. Any other shipping methods will delay your order.

How do I get my order tracking number?
The tracking number(s) for each shipped order is automatically generated and emailed to you via the confirmation shipping email address that you provided in your Amazon account.

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Sometimes a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned by the shipper. Either way, give it a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive. If you have not received your order in the time given or your tracking number doesn’t display any info after 1 -2 days, please call the carrier (USPS, UPS or Fedex). If you don’t get an answer we will be happy to help you.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the Shipping Company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call the shipping company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5 days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the shipping company.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), then email our customer service for Order Status. Click Here

Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we do deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders will take one to two business days to process and should arrive within 5 to 7working days. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. It may take 2-4 weeks at times.

Duplicated Orders Most orders are approved automatically by a set of filters designed in our eCommerce site to make the ordering process much faster for our customers. Please make sure to contact our Customer Service or Sales Department if you believe your order has been duplicated. will not take responsibility for doubled orders, although you will be allowed to return the duplicate shipment, minus any shipping charges incurred.

Missing Items and Shipping Claims will only accept claims up to 3 days after the package was delivered to your shipping address.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?
We keep the safety of your packages in mind with regards to weight and size. On some occasions items are shipped from separate warehouses.

Why did they separate the packages of my order?
Many times when multiple packages are shipped, the shipping company may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that the shipping company may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to deliver all packages on the same day.

Do you ship internationally?
We DO NOT currently ship internationally. We only ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. We DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES, YOU MUST HAVE A VALID STREET ADDRESS TO BE DELIVERED. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. We advise you to contact the carrier directly on these issues.

Can you send my order COD?
We DO NOT ship any orders COD. On Amazon there is no such thing as a COD Order! You select the product/merchandise, Amazon collects payment , we receive the order to fulfill.

My package never arrived and it says that it has shipped.
It’s possible that a package could have been lost by the carrier and never delivered to the customer. First, make sure to verify that your shipping address on the order is correct. Contact the listed carrier for help in tracking the order. It may have been delivered to a different address. Pending resolution of an unshipped item, please contact us If you are needing another replacement item shipped.

Name brand OEM (original) cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. If you encounter problems or receive a defective cartridge, please contact the manufacturer for their return procedure. We do not accept returns on OEM (Originals) products.

Return policy

Replacement product available within 90 days

Note: We have recently implemented a new returns policy. Product(s) that are no longer needed will incur a restocking fee of 20% plus the return label cost (Return label cost will be determined by product(s) weight and type). Please return to the address provided and please keep your tracking number for reference for loss of the delivery sent.
