Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

There are 2 cats in the house, but they are kept away from the merchandise. Lint rollers are used and items are cleaned before they are listed and stored.

There are no smokers in the house, but the history of most items is unknown. If there are any noticeable odors of perfume, smoke, or anything, it will be mentioned in the listing.


I answer every question I receive as soon as I see it. If I’m at my computer when it comes in, I answer immediately. If I’m away from the house, it might be a few hours, but you will hear from me in less than 24 hours. Questions concerning a specific item should be asked from the item page. General questions should be asked from my profile page, booth chat or direct chat.

Shipping policy

Items are shipped within one business day of receiving cleared payment. Graphic design services are sent by email within 4 business days of receiving cleared payment.


Unless otherwise specified, I ship by USPS with delivery confirmation. You should receive at least one email with tracking information.


Shipping is combined on multiple purchases. You may wait for an invoice if you want to be sure the combined amount is correct. Any amount that is over the actual cost goes toward shipping labels, ink, tape, envelopes, and such as is needed for shipping.


I can ship by UPS, if that is your preference, with an additional handling fee to cover my gas and time needed to drive to the UPS store. Please let me know before you pay for your item and I will send a corrected invoice.



If you do not have a USA address, please contact me and ask if I will ship to your country. You will need to contact me for shipping rates before you buy so you will know how much to expect for shipping & handling.

Customs charges, if there are any, are NOT included in the shipping and handling charges. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are added when it gets to your country. Not everything gets charged for customs, but I don’t know the laws and I cannot tell you if you will have to pay or not. Please check with your country’s customs office for information on any additional charges you may or may not have to pay when it gets there.

I cannot mark your item(s) as “gift” and I cannot write the value any less than what you pay for it because it is simply against US and International government regulations.


Insurance is included in shipments by Priority Mail or UPS. Items shipped by First Class are not insured.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Contact me before making a return. Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and the same condition as when the item(s) were shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping and there are no refunds on the original shipping. I will refund your purchase price after I get the package back and verify that it is the same item(s), in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES.

If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), I will deduct the cost of the original shipping before I send your refund. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

NO RETURNS ON GRAPHIC DESIGN- Once I create a graphic design for you and send it to you, there are no returns, no refunds.

If you determine that your item is not as you expected it to be, or encounter any kind of problems with your purchase, please contact me for a solution before demanding a refund of your money. Your satisfaction is very important.


In the event that your item is damaged in shipment, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the package, packaging materials and the damaged item. Once I see your photos showing that it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping you paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s). I also need the photos to file the insurance claim on Priority Mail or UPS shipments.
