Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Please be aware that due to the personalized nature of our products we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there is an issue caused by printing error or an issue with a product we have provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
You will have to provide us with detailed photos of the item and the issue in question. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund (if applicable)
If you are approved, we can send you replacement or we can issue a full refund. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are approved, we can exchange the item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can only exchange it for the same item you have originally ordered.

Although refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days we do encourage our customers to contact us as soon as possible.
