Shipping policy

We ship all items manually with USPS. Days of the week: Monday-Friday – Hours: 9AM-5PM and Saturdays: 9AM-12 Noon. We can of course use another service at your request if needed such as UPS or Federal Express but need to be emailed within 24 hours so we can make proper arrangements.

Notify us as well if you need insurance coverage on any shipping item(s).

We do provide a combined shipping cost if you purchase more than 1 item.
All returning customers we get a 10% discount off as well.

Our Return Policy is as follows: All items need to be returned in the same condition as they were originally in or as listed in our booth. Please email us first of a return-Email is [email protected] or Telephone us at: 1-321-292-0890 so we can give you a Return Authorization Code and Return Address of our location.

As soon as we receive the return item(s) back we will provide the refund in full.

Dolls For Collectors takes pride in providing to our Bonanza customers the very best Customer Service. We ship daily : Monday-Friday – Hours: 9AM-5PM and Saturdays: 9AM-12 Noon – we usually use the United States Postal System and will as a courtesy use another service if needed such as UPS or Federal Express. At this time we can only ship in the USA – if for any reason you are outside the USA we can ship to a family member or friend in the USA for you. We can also provide either a 2nd day delivery or overnight delivery as well. If you have any questions again, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
