Shipping policy

Both USPS & UPS are available and you, the customer, decide what works best for you! There is a standard $8.00 Shipping Fee applied to every order. There is a $2.00 Shipping Fee for any additional item added to the order.We do not charge a handling fee so the rates are calculated directly from the shipping supplier and displayed at the time of check out for you to approve.

Overnight

If you are needing something shipped overnight, choose that option and the cost will be displayed. ! Please note~we ship once daily for each carrier so orders placed after 10:00 am for USPS or 12:00 pm for UPS orders will be shipped the following business day. UPS Next Day pricing does NOT include for Saturday delivery but rather the next business day.

In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is not exactly what you had expected and you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please let us know right away and note the following:

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

Regular priced items and sale items up to 20% off may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND to your method of payment Within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. If we don’t hear from you within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the SALE FINAL. All sale items sold at more than 20% are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you wish to EXCHANGE your item, please include a pre paid return shipping label for the new item, or give us a call and we’re happy to charge you applicable shipping costs. Please note that (for your protection) we do not store CC information so we will need you to call in if you wish us to charge you for return shipping. All returns must be received back within 10 days from the day you notify us that it is being returned, after that the return/exchange will be closed.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS

We realize this time of year items are being purchased as gifts to be given on Christmas. We are extending the time frame the items have to be returned by. All returnable items purchased in the month of December as Christmas gifts must be back in our office by January 8th to be eligible for refund or exchange. Please call or email us as soon as you know the item is going to be returned so that we can pull the paper work and make notes on your order.

SALE ITEMS

Items discounted 25% off or more are considered FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please ask any questions you might have prior to your purchase, we are here to provide measurements and happy to help!

LAY-A-WAYS

All customers may only have up to 2 lay-a-ways per customer. When beginning a lay-a-way we require that we have HALF down. You will have the remaining half split into three even payments over the next three months. The day you begin your lay-a-way, is the payment due date for the following payments. Each time a payment is due we will give you a call and collect the payment. If you wish to pay the lay-a-way off early, you may do so by giving us a call at 1-800-471-1227. Once the lay-a-way is paid in full, Cowgirl Kim will ship your order out. After the lay-a-way is created we CANNOT add to the lay-a-way, take away from the lay-a-way, nor do we accept returns or exchanges on lay-a-ways. Lay-a-ways are considered FINAL sales.

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS

All custom or special orders are considered FINAL sale.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to customs issues, we do NOT accept returns on international orders unless there is a manufacturers defect. Please contact us before placing an international order if you have any questions.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

When returning merchandise for exchange or refund, please give us a call at 800-471-1227 so we can be expecting it and to put your return into effect. Again, please refer to our store policies above prior to shipping back merchandise. We strongly suggest insuring your return for the full purchase price as Cowgirl Kim CANNOT be liable for lost packages. Cowgirl Kim is NOTresponsible for LOST, STOLEN or damaged PACKAGES or ITEMS or the cost of RETURN SHIPPING after it has left our warehouse.
