We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. We do not accept any products that have been used or opened. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. Please email us at beautygoeson19@gmail to receive a return authorization. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned products will be inspected by our Returns Department and if items are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with, a processing fee will be tacked on. This is to ensure the integrity of our company and the products that we carry. In the case of any damaged, misrepresented or missing product notify us within 48 hours from the receiving date so that we can properly handle the situation. If the returned item is deemed opened & used or a buyer changes his/her mind about a product, we ask that buyers pay for shipping costs both ways. forever4beauty has a restocking fee of $2.00 or 20% per item, whichever is greater, on unclaimed and insufficient address items.
Orders can be canceled until they are in process but after an order is in shipping it becomes a return and is handled as such. The restocking fee also applies to refused orders, mistake purchase, undeliverables addresses returned by the shipping company. Both ways of shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
