Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Current processing time (the time is takes to make your order) is currently 1 day – 3 weeks, depending on the item(s). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. For all orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday your processing time starts on Monday as long as its not a United States holiday

Customers are able to choose their desired shipping method.

International Orders:
International orders will be sent by USPS standard post. Note that I am NOT responsible for what happens with customs, whether your item(s) are delayed, VAT/import taxed, or anything else. Please beware that the tax is to be paid to the country (typically the post office) in order for your package can be delivered. Packages that are returned for failure to pay VAT/import tax will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Refunds minus shipping cost and the 30% restocking fee will be issued within 3 business days once the package has been delivered back to the shop.

Return policy

**Items can only be refunded if the item(s) show up in the mail damaged, completely the wrong size and has never been worn except to try on.
Customers will have 3 days once the package has been delivered to inspect the item(s) and contact me with any problems they may have that would justify a refund. Items need to be shipped back to the shop within 10 business days after contacting me for a refund. Since every tutu and shirt item in the store is custom made just for you, in the size and color of your choice, there is a 20% standard restocking fee for any returned item(s). If a customer contacts the shop outside of the 3 day window there is a 30% restocking fee for returned items.
If the package arrives back to the shop after the 2 week time frame and/or the skirt(s) or dress(es) have been shoved in a box with little care customers will not receive a refund. Please place all skirts and dresses in a plastic bag to protect the garments from the weather and include the packing slip. Only the cost of the item(s), minus a 20% (or 30% if applicable) restocking fee, will be refunded and not the original shipping charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and ship the item(s) back to me for a refund. Upon return the item(s) will be thoroughly inspected for wear or the reported damage. Once the product has passed inspection the refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.

I do not give refunds for any crafting material. All crafting items are new from the manufacturer or supplier and come as is.
