Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Items up to 13 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Items over 13 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
On occasion, UPS or FedEx is used.
I ship every business day, Monday thru Saturday.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

All new Avon items can be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Items that are sealed, must remain sealed.
2. If the item has been used, other than a defective item, it will not be accepted as a
return and no money will be refunded.
3. Regarding Makeup: Please understand that due to contamination after use,
makeup will not be accepted for refund.

  • I do not and will never sell used Avon Makeup.
    4. I carefully pack and ship my items. If an item arrives damaged, please advise
    me immediately via email so I can correct the issue.
