Shipping policy

My items are handmade to order special for you. This process takes approximately two weeks. This time is required for my customers to receive their orders with the top-quality products they have grown to know, expect, and love. I thank you in advance for your understanding and patience; I guarantee it will be worth it!

Do You Have Express Shipping Options?
Express shipping is an option and should be available during check out. Please note, the processing time for my handmade items is still approx two weeks. Please see processing time notes for more information.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Autumn LeAnn Designs will gladly accept returns on eligible items in new and unused condition, with tags intact with the original packaging included within seven (7) days of the order’s delivery date for a full refund or store credit at your discretion. If you choose store credit for your return, you will receive a coupon code for the cost of the item + any shipping fees you may have paid for that item.

  • Items not eligible for return include custom orders, personalized items, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), and items on sale.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are not accepted. Orders are sent to production within a few minutes to an hour after your order is purchased to avoid delays in the shipping process. After your order begins production, I am unable to accept cancelations.

What is your process?
My products are handmade to order based on designs I create and photos I take. My team uses professional quality Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Meaning, designs are printed directly to the garment instead of using heat transfers. This method allows me to create photo-quality images, providing top-quality products I know you will love.

Sizing details
Due to the handmade made-to-order nature of my products, it is best to look at the size chart and take your measurements for a perfect fit. My item sizes can vary from “normal” measurements and may differ from one product to another based on style pattern.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship? (Processing Time)

Do you take custom and personalized orders?
Absolutely!! Please feel free to send me information about the item, color, and design you wish to see; I will be happy to work with you to create your perfect style. All special order requests will receive a message with mock-up images for approval. Please remember to monitor your inbox when you have a special request. I will not be able to proceed forward without your acceptance.
