Purchased Rachael Ray Cookware Set on Bonanza
It's completely not ok that you can't rate the seller. The product could have been great for all I knew but 5 messages and no replies from the seller really prevented any kind of usage of it. I've waited so long before I suddenly saw a refund in my account. I needed those pots at the time I ordered them and the time had passed. I couldn't even afford to buy other ones because I spent the only money I had on those. No consideration. So frustrating.
