It is not hard enough at all. I barely feel like im getting a work out. I have to do insanity after i do the focus t 25 workout. I really wish it was more difficult. I would recommend this to someone who is just starting to get into working out.

I really like the option of a modified version seeing that the workout is intense on my knees. I do as much as I can and switch to the modified when I need the pressure off of my knees. This workout is intense for a beginner as myself but it feels great when you know you're done in just 25 minutes!
