Bought this vacuum to replace an older identical unit that got broken when it fell off of the hanger bracket. If this unit performs as well as our old one I will be satisfied with the performance.

My main peeves with this hand-held vacuum are that it seems to be made of very cheap plastic which is liable to crack, the performance deteriorates markedly as the battery runs down, and the battery runs out of juice very quickly -- you're lucky if you get a good ten minutes of performance. For some tasks you would do better with a simple broom and dust pan. Even so, this item is great to get rid of things like hair that gathers in the corners of the bathroom, lint on the carpet, sand, pet fur, dry spills and the like -- stuff that takes less than a minute to clean up. I do wish the price was cheaper. If I bought something like this again, the most I would pay for it is about $25.99.
