Dear Support,
we have some concerns about the review system,
we made about 30-40 sales during last month,
I must say most of the customers are satisfied with the final product.
however not every customer will leave a positive feedback.
For those 2-3 customers who didn’t satisfied with the product,
they always leave bad reviews which cause our overall booth review rate is not good enough.
is there any way to allow those un-reviewed orders to be a positive review by default?
most other selling platforms are doing it in this way.
Regards
synn

Hi Vampal,
We understand that it is sometimes tough to get buyers to leave positive feedback and a lot of the time dissatisfied customers are more inclined to voice their opinion. We are in the process of closely looking at our feedback system to make sure it is serving buyers and sellers best.
We recommend trying to work with your past customers to see if there’s anything you can do to help change their view on the item they purchased. Buyers who leave negative reviews are able to change their feedback.
Hope this helps!

you can always suggest this at this link…
however, in the beginning, most of us came here because we did not like the way the other sites were doing things (ie manipulating FB among other things)..

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
